About the Role
Experience: 5–10 yrs Location: Dubai, UAE (Open to candidates willing to relocate) Work Mode: Onsite (WFO) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days We’re looking for an experienced #TechnicalLead with strong hands-on expertise in #Java, #SpringBoot, #Microservices, and #DevOps. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize backend services & APIs while driving cloud-native, secure, and scalable solutions.

- 5–10 years of experience in #Java (8–21), OOP, #DesignPatterns, #Multithreading, #RESTAPIs
- Strong expertise in #SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, JPA, AOP, Security, JUnit
- Hands-on experience with Microservices (Service Mesh, Service Discovery, Cloud Config)
- Database knowledge: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server
- Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines
- Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, IntelliJ, Postman, Jira, Confluence
- Exposure to #React.js / #ReactNative is a plus
- Good experience in Platform/Hosting support functionality Banking/Financial
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
