About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced characterization engineer for our silicon carbide power semiconductor team. As a characterization engineer, you play a critical role in developing innovative high voltage greater than 1kV power semiconductor components (SiC Power MOSFET) for use in the automotive electronics, under tight timing with demanding customers in the automotive market.
