Requirements & Qualifications

Required Skills

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts , Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions , Prepare account reports, presentations, and performance summaries , Track client satisfaction and ensure timely issue resolution , Assist in developing account growth strategies , Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to meet client expectations, Monitor account performance and follow up on deliverables , Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities with existing clients. , Ensure all client interactions reflect professionalism and high service standards.
