Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches)
Installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware and office equipment.
Installation and troubleshooting of Printers and Scanners.
Attend support calls, troubleshoot network problems and computer hardware issues.
Create user profiles on PCs with email and applications.
Support users with file storage and troubleshooting.
Regularly check antivirus protection and maintain systems up to date.
