IT Support Engineer Job in Saudi Arabia

A leading technology company in Riyadh is urgently hiring an IT Support Engineer to join their growing team. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end-users across the organization - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals - Monitor network performance and ensure system uptime - Maintain IT asset records and documentation - Coordinate with vendors for repairs and procurement Requirements: - Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field - Minimum 2 years experience in IT support role - Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365 - CompTIA A+ or MCSA certification preferred - Good communication skills in English and Arabic - Iqama transferable required Salary: 5,000 - 7,000 SAR per month Benefits: Medical insurance, annual leave, visa provided
