Role: SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant 📍 Location: Kuwait City 💼 What You’ll Do: Lead the implementation and support of SAP CS modules (Service Orders, Notifications, Warranties, Contracts) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions Configure, test, and deploy SAP CS functionalities aligned with business goals Provide end-user training and post-go-live support Integrate CS with SD, MM, PM, and CRM modules as needed

5+ years of hands-on SAP CS experience
Strong understanding of service management processes and integration points
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with S/4HANA is a plus
Certification in SAP CS or related modules is a bonus
