About the Role
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring their location is prepared for daily operations, which include,all product availability & staffing levels are appropriate for business needs. They provide training, documentation, coaching & counseling, & conflict resolution. They are responsible for ordering, inventory controls, revenue and labor reporting. Facilitates clear direction to staff, dictate staff deployment. Supervises all break & meal periods with the Team Leader at the start shift. Ensures all products are ready for the daily operation of the location. They supervisors are to be present in their locations making sure associates are following all policies and procedures and providing a great guest experience. They walk the shop(s) every hour to ensure all is ready.
