Facility Maintenance Officer Job in Kuwait

Oxygen Gym is seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Maintenance Officer to oversee maintenance operations across company branches, ensure building functionality, manage service providers, and supervise maintenance technicians. Key Responsibilities: • Receive and manage maintenance requests from all branches and ensure timely resolution • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities • Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and maintenance service providers • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors • Monitor overall building conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards • Supervise and manage maintenance technicians and external contractors • Conduct regular site visits to branches to inspect facilities and follow up on ongoing work • Issue purchase orders and coordinate with finance department • Review, verify, and close maintenance invoices • Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and service reports • Control maintenance costs and ensure work is completed within approved budgets • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and local regulations • Prepare periodic maintenance reports for management Benefits: • As per company policy
