About the Role
Invita Kuwait For Information Technology is hiring a Contact Center Representative to support our customer service operations. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and support requests • Provide professional customer service • Manage customer interactions • Support IT and travel-related services Requirements: • High school diploma minimum • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) • Previous experience in travel and tourism is preferred • Experience with AMADEUS system is an advantage • Safety Management System (SMS) certification is preferred • Safety Awareness Training (SAT) certification is preferred • Available for candidates currently inside Kuwait only Benefits: • Competitive salary • Professional work environment • As per company policy
