About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and water systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and familiarity with local regulations and site conditions.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Civil Engineering Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Required Skills
Structural Analysis & Design
Understanding of load-bearing structures, concrete and steel design.
AutoCAD & Civil 3D
Proficiency in creating and interpreting technical drawings.
Construction Methods & Materials
Knowledge of modern construction techniques, material specifications, and durability.
Project Management
Ability to plan, schedule, and manage timelines and budgets.
Surveying & Site Work
Familiarity with land surveys, topography, leveling, and geotechnical assessments.
Quality Assurance & Control
Monitoring work for compliance with quality standards and safety codes.
Knowledge of Local Regulations
GCC building codes, municipality standards, and civil defense requirements.
Software Proficiency
MS Project, Primavera, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS (as applicable).
