About the Role
A reputable company in the UAE is looking for a customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain a positive company image. Key Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or surveys • Provide accurate information about products and services • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions • Meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs • Follow company communication procedures and guidelines Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus) • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage) • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems • Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customers • Good listening and problem-solving skills Benefits: • As per company policy
