Required Skills
Managing the proposal lifecycle autonomously, from bid search, project kick off, response development writing through iterative drafts to submission, up to facilitating communication for post proposal activities. You will be accountable for assembling a team of SMEs (from sales, marketing, IT, contracts, senior leadership, etc.) and leading them through the development of the winning strategy.
Owning the direct development of the proposal structure and content, utilizing existing resources and creating customized content to support the agreed upon strategy.
Maintaining all related documents, schedules, project calls and meetings, and recognizing signs of project proposal risk and proactively addressing them.
