Barista and Coffee Specialist Job in Kuwait

NWA Cafe is hiring a full-time Barista and Coffee Specialist to deliver exceptional coffee and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) • Operate espresso machines and coffee equipment • Provide excellent customer service • Maintain cafe cleanliness and standards • Handle cash and cafe operations Requirements: • Prior experience in specialty cafe environment • Professional barista skills • Ahi Visa (Article 18) holders preferred • Living in Kuwait • Available for candidates currently inside Kuwait only • Excellent communication skills Benefits: • Salary: KD 250-300 based on experience • Professional cafe environment • As per company policy
