AutoCAD Draftsman – MEP

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering • Advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design principles. • 04 to 06 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 04 yrs.) in Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings Projects. • Age should be 25-35 & Good physical condition and stamina • Attending design discussions with the Engineers, Architects, and other team members. • Ensure that all drawings are precise and adhere to project standards and specifications. • Compiling data and specification sheets. • Ensure that all drawings are up-to-date and accurately reflect any changes or revisions. • Preparing rough sketches of the product design. • Presenting the design to the team members and taking feedback from them. • Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards. • Presenting various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations. • Prepare As-Built Drawings • Good time management skills • Excellent interpersonal and mathematical skills. • Outstanding oral and written communication skills. • Exceptional active listening skills. • Ability to meet deadlines and multitasking.
