About the Role
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE, Contract: 12 Months (Extendable), Notice Period: Max 30 days, Client: Leading Bank in the UAE, Status: Active Requirement, Core Skills We’re Looking For (Must-Have): 1–3 years’ experience in Production Support / Service Desk / IT Operations, Hands-on experience in incident management, ticket logging & categorization, Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change Management), Ability to monitor production systems, dashboards, and alerts, Basic troubleshooting for applications, APIs, backend services, Ability to run SQL queries for data validation and accuracy checks, Log analysis & OS-level checks (Windows/Linux), Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, or similar tools, Strong communication, analytical and customer-facing skills, Ability to prioritize tasks and manage incidents under pressure, Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
