A Civil QC Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of construction projects with industry standards, codes, and client specifications. They oversee quality inspections, testing procedures, and documentation while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and implement quality control procedures in civil construction projects. Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and construction activities. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Monitor and test concrete, soil, asphalt, and other construction materials. Review and approve construction drawings, blueprints, and quality documents. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to resolve quality issues. Maintain quality control records, reports, and test results. Conduct audits and recommend corrective actions for non-compliance. Train and guide construction workers on quality standards and best practices. Ensure adherence to ISO, ASTM, ACI, and other relevant quality standards.
