Required Skills
Provide basic nursing care within resident care plans and nursing program guidelines
Encourage and assist residents with activities of daily living
Contribute to resident care plan development and attend care conferences
Report changes in residents’ physical and mental condition to the Registered Nurse and document as required
Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff, following emergency and safety procedures
