About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman (Steel) to manage and supervise steel structural works for high-rise building projects such as hospitals, schools, malls, and residential towers. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills, deep knowledge of steel works, and hands-on experience in supervising site activities in the Gulf region.
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Diploma in Civil Engineering ✅ 3 to 6 years of Gulf experience as Civil Foreman (Steel) in High-Rise Building Construction ✅ Experience in projects such as: Hospitals Schools Malls Residential Buildings ✅ Strong knowledge of structural steel installation and erection ✅ Familiarity with Gulf construction standards and safety regulations
Required Skills
✔️ Ability to supervise and lead site teams effectively
✔️ Strong knowledge of steel structures, fabrication, and erection works
✔️ Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
