About the Role

✔️ Supervise, coordinate, and execute civil construction works at project sites ✔️ Oversee the construction of high-rise buildings like hospitals, schools, malls, and residential complexes ✔️ Ensure construction activities meet project specifications, timelines, and quality standards ✔️ Monitor subcontractors and construction staff to ensure work progress ✔️ Review and interpret technical drawings and plans ✔️ Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation ✔️ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the site ✔️ Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering ✅ Minimum 5 to 10 years of Gulf experience in High Rise Building Construction ✅ Must have experience in projects such as: Hospitals Schools Malls Residential Buildings ✅ Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural design, and project execution ✅ Familiar with safety standards and regulations in the Gulf construction industry ✅ Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications ✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills ✅ Ability to manage teams and coordinate with subcontractors and project stakeholders

Required Skills

✔️ Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and project execution ✔️ Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings ✔️ Excellent site supervision and project management skills ✔️ Strong leadership and team management abilities ✔️ Problem-solving and decision-making skills ✔️ Good communication and coordination with project stakeholders ✔️ Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools ✔️ Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery
