About the Role
This position is for Forman Civil,The Steel Foreman (Civil) oversees all steel reinforcement and structural steelwork activities on construction sites. This role involves supervising steel workers, coordinating with project managers and engineers, and ensuring that all steelwork is completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
• High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade.
Required Skills
• 08 to 10 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 06 yrs.) in Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings
Projects.
• Age should be 30-40 & Good physical condition and stamina
• Strong knowledge of steel reinforcement and structural steelwork techniques and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specification
• Supervise and manage steel workers, including rebar installers and structural steel erectors.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, ensuring efficient use of labor and materials.
• Ensure that all steelwork is carried out according to project schedules and deadlines.
• Inspect and verify the quality of steel materials and workmanship.
• Identify and address any issues or defects in steelwork promptly.
• Provide guidance to steel workers on correct interpretation and execution of plans.
• Ensure that all steelwork is accurately positioned and aligned according to plans.
• Coordinate the delivery, storage, and handling of steel materials on-site.
• Prepare and submit reports on work progress, quality, and safety.
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
