About the Role
This position is for Concrete Supervisor, responsible for all concrete-related activities on construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising the preparation, placement, finishing, and curing of concrete to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications
• High school diploma / Graduation in any extreme or equivalent.
Required Skills
• 06 to 08 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 06 yrs.) in Hospital Building Projects
• In-depth knowledge of concrete materials, mix designs, and placement techniques.
• Plan and schedule concrete works in collaboration with the project manager and other supervisors.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure the timely delivery and placement of concrete.
• Review project plans, Drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Monitor the quality of concrete, including mix design, workability, strength, and finish.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure that concrete meets project specifications and standards.
• Address and resolve any quality issues or non-conformances related to concrete works.
• Supervise and direct concrete crews, providing guidance and instructions on work procedures and best practices.
• Ensure that all personnel are trained in safety protocols and quality standards related to concrete work.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to crew members
• Maintain accurate records of concrete pours, including quantities, mix designs, and test results.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on progress, issues, and work completed.
• Document any changes or deviations from the project plans and communicate them to the project team.
