Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP CS Consultant to join our team. The role focuses on delivering efficient customer service solutions by leveraging SAP CS functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Implement and customize SAP CS modules to support customer service operations, Analyze and document business processes and user requirements, Configure SAP CS and related modules (e.g., SD) to meet business needs, Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of system configurations, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, Provide end-user training and ongoing support, Drive continuous process improvement and recommend SAP best practices.
