IT Helpdesk In MCDONALDS Kuwait

1–3 years of experience in IT Support with solid knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (including server environments), networking, hardware/software management, and strong troubleshooting skills. • Willing to work on shifting schedules. • Able to visit sites when required to provide on-ground support for business operations. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
