Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Prepare job posts, screen CVs, and schedule interviews
Maintain employee files, HR documents, and records
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll support
Update employee database and track contract renewals
Assist with new joiner induction and training coordination
Monitor visa renewal, residency, civil ID, and related HR tasks
Support HR policies and ensure compliance with Kuwait labour law
Prepare HR reports for management when required
Handle employee relations and basic disciplinary procedures
Coordinate with all departments for HR-related inquiries
