About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team for high-rise building projects such as hospitals, schools, malls, and residential towers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, ensuring effective project planning, and providing technical input to meet deadlines and project requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering ✅ 3 to 6 years of Gulf experience as a Planning Engineer in High-Rise Building Construction ✅ Proven experience working on: Hospitals Schools Malls Residential Towers ✅ Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) ✅ Strong understanding of construction processes, project sequencing, and resource planning ✅ Familiarity with Gulf construction industry standards
Required Skills
✔️ Strong project planning and scheduling skills
✔️ Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
✔️ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
✔️ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Good communication and coordination with project teams, contractors, and consultants
✔️ Ability to prepare project progress reports and forecasts
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔️ Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards
